About the course

Agile Digital Services (AgileDS) provides a consistent approach, common language and a skilled workforce for the successful design, delivery and evolution of digital service. The AgileDS guidance is aligned to the Service Manual of Government Digital Service, the UK Government’s department responsible for digital transformation.

By the end of the Foundation-level qualification you should have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Agile Digital Services guidance
to be able to recognise and distinguish between the key elements of the approach.

What is virtual classroom training?

ILX’s virtual instructor-led training combines the personal teaching experience of a classroom, with the ease and flexibility of a virtual environment. Our virtual courses are interactive and engaging, allowing participants to communicate with both the instructor and each other in a collaborative manner.

Duration

This is an intensive three-day course that prepares you for the AgileDS Foundation examination. The training is conducted via a virtual training environment. You need to ensure that you can satisfy the technical requirements that can be found on our website here.

Pre-requisites

There are no formal pre-requisites for the AgileDS Foundation examination.

By the end of the Foundation course you should understand the following key principles and terminology, specifically:

The underpinning philosophy and principles of agile and digital services
The lifecycle of an agile and digital services project, including alternative configurations
The artefacts produced during an agile digital services project and their purpose
The techniques used and their benefits and limitations
The roles and responsibilities within an agile digital services project

This is an intensive four-day virtual course that includes:

The cost of the AgileDS examination (must be taken online via remote proctor within 12 months of purchase)

This qualification is aimed at:

Practising project managers
Agile team members working in a digital services environment who wish to become agile project managers

There is no mandatory pre-course for this course however there will be some evening work.

The exam is taken online via remote proctor. Two weeks prior to course commencement ILX will arrange for an exam voucher to be issued. You then have a choice you can either:
