About the course

This workshop is designed for managers and leaders who are experiencing changes within their team or organisation. Change can be a challenging time for any team, and it can be difficult for leaders to maintain motivation and productivity during this period. This workshop focuses on helping leaders understand the change, communicate effectively with their team, and lead their team through the change process.

The workshop will cover topics such as how to effectively communicate change, how to manage resistance to change, and how to build resilience in the team. Participants will also learn techniques for maintaining focus and motivation, adapting to change, and building a positive team culture during periods of change. They will be equipped with the skills and techniques necessary to manage the impact of change on their team, and to maintain productivity and motivation during challenging times. Overall, this workshop will help leaders become more effective change agents within their organisation, and better able to navigate the complex challenges that come with leading during periods of change.
