Our Green Belt training course is a self-paced online course that explores the basic principles of Lean Six Sigma and Lean management.
You'll learn how to use Lean principles in process improvement and solving practical business problems. In addition, students will learn of the define, measure, analyse, improve, and control (DMAIC) framework and how to use it to handle Six Sigma projects and teams.
