Lean Six Sigma for Services Green Belt classroom

ILX Group’s Lean Six Sigma for Services Green Belt builds on the competencies developed within the ILX Lean Six Sigma for Services Yellow Belt training, helping delegates translate the methodology into actual project work.

This intensive five day course will allow delegates to further explore the DMAIC cycle and improve their knowledge of lean six sigma process improvement tools and techniques, including the use of quantitative methods and statistics. Delegates should come to the training with one or more project ideas to discuss during class and for the purpose of certification. The profile of Green Belt is that of a lean six sigma project leader, therefore a minimum time commitment to work on lean six sigma projects (20% of the normal working time) is recommended to anyone seeking a Green Belt accreditation.
