How to recognise stress, manage it in the short-term, identify long-term strategies, and ultimately develop greater resilience.
"The key to life is resilience. We will always be knocked down; it is the getting up again that counts"
Dominique Browning.
Human resilience is a combination of factors. It is the measure of how much pressure and stress we can take, our ability to withstand that pressure or stress without experiencing long-term harm, and our ability to recover after periods of prolonged stress. Resilience is not an innate ability that is fixed at birth. It is a trait that can be increased with knowledge, understanding and practice. This deeply practical workshop will help you understand what happens to your mind and body during prolonged periods of stress. It will help you recognise the signs of stress, and most importantly, do something about it before you reach your breaking point. The workshop will also share proven techniques for continually developing resilience and greater life happiness through habits such as reaffirming your purpose, reframing and growth mindsets. You are welcome (and even encouraged) to share your learning from this workshop with anyone you love or care about.
