The training from ILX Group has helped us to forge a culture of learning and collaboration at South Staffs Water. Previously, we’d experienced a bit of a divide between the younger and older generations of project managers within the business. But by encouraging them all to embark on this training, they are now speaking the same language and pushing each other to develop.
