The Opportunity

We are seeking Customer Services Advisor to join our amazing team, who is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience in a professional learning environment. You will schedule learning events for our learners and co-ordinate trainers and facilities, issuing joining instructions and pre-learning, manage access to our digital platforms, book exams, and support improvement projects. You will work directly with customers from single bookings to supporting large scale learning programmes. 

About You

An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and good attention to detail, you’ll put your passion and determination to work with a range of customers and colleagues. You will be an advocate of high levels of customer service, this role is vital in providing an amazing customer experience. You will be detail orientated; nothing gets past you! You are a great team player, open to learning and sharing and being part of a supportive team environment, you all help each other to be the best you can be. It’s a busy role, you’ll bring lots of energy, enthusiasm and tenacity -let’s face it not every customer is easy, but your goal is to make them feel you have gone above and beyond to help them and resolve any queries! Highly computer literate, being familiar with using Database systems, Outlook, and other Microsoft packages and educated to GSCSE standard including English and Mathematics.
