ITIL Foundation Exams in Australia

ITIL Foundation Exams can be taken in various locations in Australia. To locate your nearest exam centre follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Prometric online exam booking site (opens in a new window).
  2. In the 'Test Takers' area, select your testing program by opening the Information Technology (IT Certification) list and then choose either EXIN or BCS/ISEB, depending on your voucher.
  3. Click 'Start' in the Get Started box.
  4. Click on Schedule An Appointment.
  5. Select your Country and State (if applicable) from the drop down boxes and click Next.
  6. Confirm either EXIN or ISEB as appropriate.
  7. Select your exam:
    1. For ISEB vouchers select: BH0-012 - The Foundation ITIL (2012 onwards)
    2. For EXIN vouchers select: EXO-101 - ITIL Foundation v.3
  8. Click the Next button and choose a convenient test centre and appointment time.
  9. Once you arrive at the payment page enter your voucher number to pay for the exam.

Software Testing Exams in Australia

Software Testing Foundation and Intermediate Exams can be taken in various locations in Australia. To locate your nearest exam centre follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Prometric online exam booking site
  2. Step 1: Select your testing program
    • Select "Information Technology (IT) Certification"
    • Select ISEB from the drop down list
  3. Step 2: Select your region
  4. Press the Next > button
  5. Click Locate a Test Site and follow the instructions to see locations available near you

Exam Dates in USA

Exams can be taken in various locations in USA. To locate your nearest exam centre follow these instructions:

  1. Go to PSI Exams Online
  2. Step 1: At the bottom of the page, click "Check Available Appointment Dates".
    • Select "Certification/Professional Associates"
    • Select "APMG"
    • Select the Examination Name
    • Select Portion(s)
  3. Press the Continue > button
  4. Step 2: Select your country and enter your Zip Code or City
  5. Press the Search > button
  6. Select a testing center and press the Continue > button to see locations available near you
