Agendas are great, but what happens when they are ignored? Or even worse – when your attendees clearly have their own agendas? Running a meeting with senior and/or difficult stakeholders can be nerve racking. This workshop will share techniques that help you keep everyone on track. The techniques and approaches shared are applicable in either a physical or virtual meeting. This workshop will also give you the confidence and techniques to manage even the most opinionated, dominant, or stubborn attendees.
