About the course

ILX’s accredited e-learning provides the must-have knowledge to master the functions of both the knowledge and application of project and programme management when using the Praxis Framework in a business working environment.


The approximate study time for Praxis Foundation is 23 hours and for Praxis Practitioner is 12 hours

By the end of this course, you will:

  • Understand the characteristics and context of a project and a programme and the benefits of effective P3 management
  • Understand the purpose of the Praxis framework, the P3 roles, documents and functions, and their use in the Praxis process models
  • Recognise and understand the goals and activities within the Praxis process models and how they interface

  • Be able to apply the roles, functions, techniques, and processes to a P3 scenario
  • Be able to create and assess P3 documents for a given scenario
  • Understand the relationships between the roles, documents, functions, techniques, and processes

  • 75 simple multiple-choice questions
  • 60 minutes duration
  • Closed book
  • 50% pass mark (38 marks out of 75)


  • Complex multiple-choice questions
  • Two and a half hours duration
  • Open book (only the Praxis Framework can be referred to)
  • 50% pass mark (40 marks out of 80)
