The de facto standard project management methodology, a PRINCE2 qualification stands out to employers. It’s a common prerequisite for project manager vacancies. PRINCE2 teaches learners to envision how a business will achieve its objective. It’s then about breaking this process down into a structured series of organised stages.
We offer a PRINCE2 Foundation online course, which can be completed in 10-12 hours. You may prefer to take a 3-day classroom-based workshop, which includes the final exam. You can then continue with a Practitioner course or do Foundation and Practitioner in one go. See our range of PRINCE2 courses to find the right one for you.

The CAPM qualification delivers a working knowledge and understanding of project management. Its methodology is an end-to-end process in which projects are divided into manageable stages. It’s ideal for starting a career in project management. Existing project managers with less than 2 years’ experience can also use it to gain more responsibility and larger scale projects.
Pre-requisites are a secondary/high school diploma, and either 1,500 hours of professional experience or 23 contact hours of formal education, as well as an application to the Project Management Institute. Prepare for the 150 question multiple choice exam through our online self-study or classroom CAPM course.

The qualification reflects an end-to-end project management methodology, helping learners navigate a project from conception to completion whilst retaining a consistent quality of service. Participants will also be trained in “soft skills” such as confident decision-making and empathetic communication.
