Is there an exam for this course?

Yes, the course includes a multiple-choice, open-book exam. To pass and achieve Black Belt certification, you must attend all five days of the training course and score a minimum of 70% on the exam. You will also be required to complete a real-world Lean Six Sigma project within 12 months of finishing the course, which will be assessed by ILX experts to ensure it demonstrates ROI and meets required standards. 

How is the training delivered?

Our training is delivered through a combination of expert-led sessions, real-world case studies, and interactive exercises. This practical approach ensures you can apply Lean Six Sigma tools effectively in your organisation. Study options include in-person and live virtual classroom. 

What’s the difference between Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green, and Black Belt?
