ILX Group’s Lean Six Sigma for Services Champion is designed for individuals actively involved in Continuous Improvement Programmes and likely to cover the role of Project Sponsor (i.e. Champion) or those seeking to gain a basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma and its applications to services and IT process improvement.
This one day introduction will allow delegates to understand the key concepts of Lean Six Sigma, the evolution of the methodology and its applications to services and IT. The emphasis is placed on the strategic aspects of Lean Six Sigma deployments and the Business Case for Continuous Process Improvement. In addition, delegates will learn how to select the right Lean Six Sigma projects and how to effectively support Improvement teams as Project Champions.
