This learning pathway will help prepare you for the following exams:

The format of the AgilePM Foundation exam is as follows:

  • Multiple choice format
  • 50 questions per paper 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) - 50%
  • 40 minutes duration
  • Closed book

The format of the AgilePM Practitioner exam is as follows:

  • Objective testing
  • 4 questions per paper, 20 marks available per question
  • 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) - 50%
  • 2.5 hours duration
  • Open book (restricted to the official manual only) examination

The format of the Scrum Master exam is as follows:

  • 50 simple, multiple choice questions
  • 40 minutes
  • Closed book
  • Pass mark: Successful candidates must get 37 out of the 50 total marks (or 74%) correctly

The format of the Scrum Product Owner exam is as follows:

  • 50 multiple choice question
  • Closed book
  • 40 minutes
  • Pass mark 37 out of 50 (74%)

The format of the AgileBA exam is as follows:

  • Multiple-choice questions
  • 50 questions per paper
  • Get 25 marks out of 50 (50%) 
  • 40 minutes exam
  • Closed book

By the end of the AgilePM Foundation and Practioner learning, you should understand and know how to apply:

  • The underpinning philosophy and principles of agile and how to apply them in a project situation
  • The lifecycle of an agile project, including alternative configurations and how to appropriately configure the lifecycle of an agile project to a given scenario
  • The products produced during an agile project and their purpose and how to evaluate the content of agile products produced during an agile project in a given scenario

  • Help scrum product owners shape and refine product backlogs needed to guide the early and incremental delivery of a valuable product
  • Help the scrum development team self-organise to create high-value products, facilitating scrum events and removing impediments as required
  • Help organisations understand and adopt scrum, working with stakeholders and other Scrum Masters
  • Build a knowledge base that members of your team or organisation can access to easily improve their work’s quality 

By the end of the Scrum Product Owner course you will be able to:

  • Recall, recognize and demonstrate understanding of the concepts, roles, events, artefacts and expanded guidance outlined in the text, including terms used, process steps and roles involved.

Product Owners should also demonstrate understanding and maximise the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team and efficiently managing the Product Backlog which includes:
