Introducing our new Agile learning path

Projects that are run using an agile approach have been found to be 1.5x more successful than those using a waterfall methodology[1]. Which is why it’s no surprise that in today’s fast-paced world, Agile project management is increasingly becoming an indispensable tool for many organisations.

Agile is an iterative way to manage projects that helps teams to adapt to change and deliver value to customers quickly. It involves breaking a project into smaller phases and continuously evaluating the performance of the project and its outputs at throughout these phases.

The learning path will provide a holistic approach to Agile project management, with training in four different Agile focused courses.

Step 1 – AgilePM® Foundation & Practitioner

The world’s leading framework for Agile project management, the AgilePM® course will teach learners the core principles needed to manage a successful project, including modelling, prioritising, timeboxing, user stories and estimating.

Learn how to manage a Scrum Team and stakeholders

Step 3 – Scrum Product Owner

This course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to excel as a Product Owner in the Scrum framework, ensuring they understand agile principles and the Scrum guide.

By the end of this step, you’ll be able to:

Understand the role, responsibilities, and characteristics of a Scrum Product Owner

Develop techniques for maximising the value delivered by the project team

Maintain a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives, and effectively define and communicate these to the project team and stakeholders

Step 4 - AgileBA® Foundation

The AgileBA course has been designed to detail the role business analysts can have in Agile project teams teaching skills such as, how to gather, analyse and validate the requirements throughout an agile project.

By the end of this step, you’ll be able to:

Deliver valuable solutions when working with stakeholders

Understand the philosophy, principles and process of agile business analysis

Create and evaluate the content of business analyst-produced products in an Agile environment
