Change Management is associated with the effects and management of change; this is primarily within organisations where change can have greater impact.
This qualification is based on the theory and application of change for the individual, change for the organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement and change management best practice. In order to sit the Change Management Practitioner examination, you must have passed the Change Management Foundation exam.

There is mandatory pre-course work that must be undertaken prior to attending this course.You will be sent full instructions approximately three weeks prior to course commencement. In addition, whilst attending your course there will also be some examination preparation evening work.
