Principles
The seven principles are a set of guiding values for managing projects effectively, including ‘continued business justification’, ‘learn from experience’, ‘define roles, responsibilities and relationships’, and ‘manage by stages’. Practices
This course covers the seven project management practices, including developing a business case, organising teams, creating plans, managing risks, ensuring quality, addressing issues and tracking progress. They are created at the start of a project and monitored throughout.
Processes
The methodology outlines seven processes for running a project, from starting and initiating a project to controlling stages, managing project delivery, having stage boundaries, closing a project and directing the overall project. How long does it take to complete PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation?
The eLearning course from ILX takes approximately 12 hours to complete, and you have online access for 12 months. Both the classroom and live virtual classroom study options are three-day courses. You have 12 months from the purchase date of the course to take your exam for all study options.
What is the pass mark for PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation exam?
The exam is multiple choice and closed book. There are 60 questions, each worth one mark. The pass mark is 60%, which means you need to achieve a total of 36 marks or more to pass.
