About the course

ILX Group’s accredited M_o_R Foundation and Practitioner blended learning course contains all of the training and materials you need to attain both the Foundation and Practitioner qualifications in M_o_R. It combines interactive multimedia training, workshops, video, practical exercises, mock exam simulators, paper-based exercises and access to an M_o_R training expert throughout the entire programme including the two-day workshop.

The M_o_R Foundation exam must be taken and passed online via remote web proctor prior to attending the two-day Practitioner workshop.

Materials

Course material for your Practitioner workshop: 

If you opt for classroom delivery you will be provided with a printed version of the ILX course material. This will be issued on day one of your course.

If you select virtual delivery material will be accessible via the ILX portal. Full instructions with a link to the portal will be issued within 48 hours once you have booked your chosen course date.The course materials will be provided in a PDF format and available for download. You will need to download and save the materials to your device, so that you can annotate them during the training course.

Digital & hardcopy official manual: Your will be sent an email invitation within 48 hours of your purchase to register on the Peoplecert portal. Once registered you will be able to access the digital version of your manual. Please note: There is a 5-year limitation in accessing your eBook.The hardcopy will be shipped to your chosen address within 48 hours of purchase.

 

Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will be sent an email invitation within 48 hours of your purchase to register on the Peoplecert portal for the Foundation exam. Once registered you will be able to book your online Foundation exam at a date and time of your choice. Once you have booked your Practitioner course you will be sent another email invitation approximately two working days prior to course commencement. This will enable you to book your online Practitioner exam at a date and time of your choice.  You are responsible for booking your own exam. Recertification: This certification has a renew within three years of the award date to remain current. There are multiple ways to recertify, more information regarding the options can be found here.

    Exam format

    M_o_R Foundation

    • Multiple-choice exam
    • 1 hour duration
    • 75 questions (including five trial questions)
    • 50% pass mark (35/70)
    • Closed-book.

    M_o_R Practitioner

    • Open book paper (Only the M_o_R guidance book and part A of the ABC guidance is allowed)
    • Four questions
    • Three hours duration
    • 80 marks available
    • 50% pass mark (40/80)

    The course will be of benefit to all levels of management including:

    You must have passed the M_o_R Foundation exam prior to attending the M_o_R Practitioner workshop and taking the Practitioner exam.
