The BCS Business Analysis training course is essential for anyone looking to gain the International Diploma in Business Analysis. It is ideal for roles such as business change managers, project managers, IT professionals, business managers and business analysts. But in fact, it is aimed at anyone looking to better understand business analysis and support change. And best of all, there are no formal prerequisites for taking this course or taking the exam, no need to be working in the field or have any business analysis experience.

Where can I go from here?

As mentioned, the BCS Business Analysis course is one of the prerequisites of the BCS International diploma in Business Analysis. The training begins at foundation level and is the first step in a journey to becoming a BCS Certified Business Analyst. Alternatively, the wealth of knowledge gained from this course alone can be used to improve your understanding of business analysis, enabling you to perform better in your current role; be that in IT, business management, or the project profession.

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

An alternative route, at a more advanced level, is the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) training which we offer here at ILX. This course is best suited for business analysis professionals with seven to ten years of experience, senior analysis professionals, and project managers.

The training prepares candidates for the CBAP exam, which is taken with the IIBA accredited body. (More information on this is available on the course page, under the exam information tab.) This training contains business analysis resources to help candidates:

Is this the right course for me?
