This fully-accredited blended learning contains all of the training and materials you need to attain this qualification awarded by the Association for Project Management. It combines highly interactive multimedia e-learning with an intensive classroom workshop, including practical exercises and exam techniques and the formal examination on the final day.
The e-learning pre-course work is equivalent to a three-day classroom workshop. It combines multiple voices, animation and interactive exercises, providing training at a time, pace and location to suit your individual requirements.
The classroom workshop builds upon the e-learning element. You will have access to an expert who will prepare you fully to attempt the examination which is taken on the afternoon of the final day. Ample time is allowed within the workshop for attempting sample questions and feedback.
This product is aligned to The APM Body of Knowledge 6th Edition.
By the time you attend this course you should have attempted questions relating to all the subjects covered in the digital learning, using the student notes it is also possible to study the subjects not in the e-learning. The more pre-course work you do, the easier the course will be. If you have not completed any or all of the sessions on the digital learning then the exam will be much more difficult as there will not be time to review these subjects during the course. The APM recommend between 70-80 hours preparation for the exam, the e-learning module is designed to take between 15-20 hours to complete. The workshop will account some of the balance, but you will still be required to commit time to prepare for the exam. In order to prepare sufficiently for the course you will need to spend between one and two hours per day working on the digital learning and sample questions in the weeks/ months prior to the course.
