Senior eCommerce Acquisition Manager

Salary - circa £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Opportunity

Are you a data-driven digital marketer ready to take the lead in scaling eCommerce performance? We're looking for a Senior eCommerce Acquisition Manager to spearhead our strategy across paid media, SEO, and website optimisation. You'll play a critical role in driving traffic, leads, and course sales to support our mission of helping individuals and businesses upskill in the digital and tech space.

You’ll lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns that engage both individual learners and B2B training buyers. This is a strategic, hands-on role with a real impact on revenue growth. You'll work cross-functionally with content, creative, and development teams—plus manage a network of agencies and freelancers—to deliver high-performing campaigns and customer experiences.

About You

You’re a seasoned digital marketer with a proven track record in customer acquisition, online sales, and performance marketing. You're analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing large media budgets with a laser focus on ROI.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • An expert in paid media, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)

  • Confident managing multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, display, affiliates)

  • Experienced in driving both quick-win eCommerce sales and longer-lead B2B opportunities

  • Skilled in technical and on-page SEO, CRO tools, A/B testing, and landing page optimisation

  • Proficient with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio, and can turn data into insight

  • A strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams and manages agencies effectively

Bonus points if you’ve worked in education, training, or upskilling sectors, or understand UX/UI, marketing automation tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce), and complex buyer journeys.
