Once registered you will be able to book your online exams at a date and time of your choice. You are responsible for booking your own exams. Recertification: This certification has a renew within three years of the award date to remain current. There are multiple ways to recertify, more information regarding the options can be found here.

Exam format

The format of the Foundation exam is as follows:

• Multiple choice
• 60 minutes
• Closed book
• 60% pass mark (36/60)

The format of the Practitioner exam is as follows:

• 150 minutes
• 70 (part) questions, each worth 1 mark
• 42 (part) questions correct to pass the exam
• Open book (The PRINCE2 7 official book, should be used but no other material is allowed)
