This course takes a deep dive into the principles and tools you need to enhance your organisation's manufacturing quality and business processes.

Become a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training course will give you an understanding of the core principles of Lean Six Sigma, how to enhance manufacturing quality and business processes, and how to use Minitab for practical statistical analysis.

About the course

Our Green Belt training course is a self-paced online course that explores the basic principles of Lean Six Sigma and Lean management.

You'll learn how to use Lean principles in process improvement and solving practical business problems. In addition, students will learn of the define, measure, analyse, improve, and control (DMAIC) framework and how to use it to handle Six Sigma projects and teams.

The course comes with hands-on projects relating to a case study simulating real-life improvement projects. Students are expected to turn their theoretical knowledge into practical experience in improvement projects.

This course is aligned with the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) certification exam.
