Project Planning & Control supports the publication of the APM's guide, ‘Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control – The Practical Project Management of Time, Cost and Risk.’ It provides guidance and best practice for project planning and control and is applicable across all industries and sectors.
A successful Practitioner candidate will have demonstrated that they have achieved sufficient understanding of the theory and application of the tools and techniques to allow them to work successfully in a Project Support team environment.

It is recommended that a Practitioner candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a planning and monitoring role. In addition, you must have passed the PPC Foundation exam prior to undertaking the Practitioner examination.

This is not included in the cost of the course. Should you wish to purchase the manual you can add it to your shopping cart once you have selected your chosen date.
There is mandatory pre-course work that must be under taken prior to attending this course. It is expected that it will take approximately four hours to complete. In addition, whilst attending the course there will also be some exam preparation evening work.
