Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB)

We believe in building an open and inclusive culture at ILX, establishing a working environment where we embrace each other’s diversity and create a sense of belonging. 

What does DEIB mean for ILX?

Whether you’re applying for a job at ILX, already work here, are a trusted associate, or one of our valued customers, we want you to feel included and most of all equal. 

In June 2020, we created our DEIB Group, made up of employees across the business. This internal group is dedicated to improving our existing diversity, inclusion, equality and belonging policies, and developing a more comprehensive strategy for the future. 

Each year we conduct a staff diversity survey to see how our workforce is changing over time. Check out the results from our latest survey.
