The Opportunities

Are you an experienced Project Management Trainer with a track record of successful project delivery … if so… please get in touch!

We are looking to expand our pool of trainers, due to an increased demand. We have opportunities to work with our biggest stakeholders on our large-scale learning programmes, as well as our corporate/public schedule courses and development work. The role involves not only training individuals in project management methodologies but also providing guidance and support in the application of these principles to real-world projects.

About You

You will have one or more certifications in Project Management (APM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.). You will have real successful project management delivery experiences that help you bring our courses to life. With previous experience in a training or teaching role, especially in corporate settings, you can design and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives. It goes without saying that you will be a strong presenter, communicator and have amazing interpersonal skills to effectively engage and communicate with diverse audiences. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 

What you get in return

Business Development Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking Business Development Manager to join our successful Corporate Sales Team. You will generate business growth of our accredited training and consultancy services within our corporate sales team through the acquisition of new clients, and nurturing relationships with existing clients. 

The role is full-time, working 37.5 hours a week. It is a working from home position, but with a SPACES/Regus membership allowing for hybrid working. You will ideally be within commuting distance of Manchester or Bracknell where we have an office.

About You

You are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience in a professional learning environment. We are looking for a candidate who is ambitious, self-motivated and driven, with the capability to support the growth of potential and corporate clients. With a background in corporate sales and /or corporate account management, ideally within the Learning & Development sector. The role is ideal for someone who has in-depth experience of selling tailored learning solutions into business demonstrated by growth of client base and or meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Senior Business Development Manager – Public Sector Team

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Accredited Learning Solutions in the Public Sector. You will play a pivotal role in promoting and expanding our offerings aimed at improving government performance. Leveraging your expertise in project management, Agile methodologies, and IT service management, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities to deliver accredited learning solutions to public sector clients. Reporting to the director of business development, you will collaborate closely with our team to drive revenue growth and increase market share within the Public Sector. 

About You

You will have a proven track record of success in selling accredited learning solutions, particularly in areas of Project Management, Agile methodologies, and IT Service Management with the Public Sector. You have a strong understanding of best practices and industry standards in project management, Agile methodologies, and IT services management within the context of government agencies. You possess excellent networking and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers and stakeholders within the Public Sector. An outstanding communicator and presenter both verbally and in writing with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating both initiative and drive. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software with a willingness to travel when required.

  • Number and value of proposals sent per month
