The AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner course aims to address the needs of those working in a project-focused environment who want to be agile, via a five-day instructor-led training course.
Based on the proven fundamentals within DSDM - the only agile approach to focus on delivery of projects in a fully agile way - the certification lives up to its name by providing users of the method with the core principles needed to facilitate a successful project, whilst allowing a degree of scope and agility that not many other methodologies provide. The five-day workshop is divided into two modules, the first being the one-day Foundation course which includes the Foundation examination on the afternoon of day one, and a four-day Practitioner course which provides the opportunity for participants to take the Practitioner examination on the morning of the final day (subject to passing the Foundation examination).
