Agile Process Improvement classroom

Agile process improvement is a value-based approach to continuous improvement. It provides a framework designed to help organisations implement change projects in an agile way and maximise the return on investment from improvement initiatives. Agile process improvement combines the flexibility of agile with powerful tools coming from Lean Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies. The course combines workshops and coaching with actual project work on real life improvement projects.
