Agile process improvement is a value-based approach to continuous improvement. It provides a framework designed to help organisations implement change projects in an agile way and maximise the return on investment from improvement initiatives. Agile process improvement combines the flexibility of agile with powerful tools coming from Lean Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies. The course combines workshops and coaching with actual project work on real life improvement projects.
This course is structured across four one-day workshops over a period of 4 to 6 weeks. You will be required to complete some pre-course prior to attending the workshops. There are no exams associated with the event however in order to receive your course attendance certificate you must attend each of the four workshops.
Each workshop covers the key principles of Agile combined with the key tools for process improvement from Lean and Six Sigma.
The course is structured across 4 one-day workshops over a period of 4 to 6 weeks. In between workshops a minimum gap of 1 week is required, to allow delegates to make progress on their real-life projects and ensure project progress is “in sync” with training activities.
