You’ll also examine Agile Business Analysis skills and competencies, effective facilitation and the role of AI in the workplace.

Discovery and problem exploration

Learn how Agile Business Analysis connects user needs with organisational purpose, vision and goals. Explore adaptive strategy, OKRs, stakeholder engagement and tools that turn research into useful outputs. You’ll also consider the wider problem before moving into detail, including Perspective Analysis, initiative maturity and complexity.

There are no pre-course requirements or qualifications needed before attending the AgileBA v3 Foundation course.

Exam information

Complete 50 multiple-choice questions in 40 minutes. The exam is closed book, remotely proctored and requires 25 out of 50 marks to pass.

Optional extras
