While PRINCE2 Programme Management is a follow on certification from the same product suite at PeopleCert (the accrediting body) designed to help professional manage a collection of projects known as a programme.
This course has a more strategic approach, while PRINCE2 Project Management provides a more tactical focus. Using the two together means organisations can ensure their project management approach is aligned with their overall strategy, while still maintaining a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality.
