Change Management is associated with the effects and management of change; this is primarily within organisations where change can have greater impact. This qualification is based on the theory and application of change for the individual, change for the organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement and change management best practice.
What is virtual training?
Virtual training incorporates both the personal teaching experience of a classroom, with the ease and flexibility of a virtual environment. Our virtual courses are interactive and engaging, allowing participants to communicate with both the instructor and each other in a collaborative manner. This is an intensive two-day course that prepares you for the Change Management Practitioner examination. The training is conducted via a virtual training environment. You need to ensure that you can satisfy the technical requirements that can be found on our website. In addition, whilst attending your course, there will also be some examination preparation evening work.
You must first pass the Change Management Foundation exam to sit the Change Management Practitioner exam.

Important: Please note you will require a copy of the official Change Management manual for the Change Management Practitioner course and exam. This is not included in the cost of the course. Should you wish to purchase the manual you can add it to your shopping cart once you have selected your chosen date.
For last-minute bookings (10 working days or less before start date), you will be issued with digital materials – this will include all accompanying course materials (usually a workbook) and a manual, if this is included as part of your purchase.
The course materials will be provided in a PDF format and available for download via our virtual platform on the first day of the course. You will need to download and save the materials to your device, so that you can annotate them during the training course.
If you would like to add a manual to your order, this will be sent as a PDF/eBook via email from APMG (ATOBookorders@apmgroup.co.uk), and will only be compatible with Adobe Digital Editions. Therefore you will need to have this installed on your device.

Important note regarding pre-course
There is mandatory pre-course work that must be undertaken prior to attending this course.You will be sent full instructions approximately three weeks prior to course commencement. In addition, whilst attending your course there will also be some examination preparation evening work.
Exams are taken online via remote proctor. Two weeks prior to course commencement, ILX will arrange for an exam voucher to be issued. You then have a choice, you can either:
