The ever-changing and dynamic nature of today’s projects highlights the need for pro-active management of people, the project strategy and approach, along with the application of sound commercial and project management techniques.
This qualification is a knowledge-based qualification that enables you to understand the breadth of skills required to successfully manage a project undertaking. It recognises the prior attainment of the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification. There are 73 assessment criteria from the APM Body of Knowledge examined in the full PMQ syllabus. As 26 of these are covered by PRINCE2 Practitioner, you will only be examined on the remaining 47 assessment criteria. This learning is aligned to the APM Body of Knowledge 7th Edition.

The workshop is delivered by one of our experts who will deliver guided revision including attempting sample questions and provide feedback.
Exams are taken online via remote proctor. Two working days prior to course commencement ILX will arrange for an exam voucher to be issued. You will then be able to book a suitable time after your classroom event has finished to undertake your exam. The course is only available for individuals who have already gained the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification. PMQ is designed for individuals from both the public and private sectors, including those working in the management of projects ranging from individual assignments through to those working on large capital or change projects. Individuals will typically have some pre existing project management knowledge as this is not an entry level qualification.
