Customer Sales and Support Consultant

The Role

We are currently seeking an energetic professional with strong communication skills to respond to inbound sales inquires related to suite of ILX Project Management online and classroom training solutions. The role will be required to advise potential clients what form of training would be best suited to their needs, complete the sale and provide ongoing support to the customer as required.

The role will mainly handle private consumer inquires however will also look to nurture relationships with corporate clients until appropriate to hand over to a corporate representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound sales enquiries via phone, live chat and web downloads.
  • Providing information on course content, certification, details, training dates and course structure.
  • Maintaining a sales pipeline using Salesforce (CRM).
  • Following up and developing existing clients.
  • Generating and providing quotes on training courses.
  • Providing the customer with ongoing support as required throughout the completion of their training.
  • Some warm outbound calls will be required from time to time.

About you

This role would suit someone who has experience working in any of the following roles and or environments: customer service, inbound sales, call centre and or administration.

  • The ability to communication clearly and concisely is essential.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Self starter and highly motivated.
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience selling training solutions would be helpful but not essential.
