Not everyone can take time out of the week to join a training course, and so we’ve developed the PRINCE2 Foundation Fast-track course for anyone who wants to earn their certification over the weekend. In just two days you will go through the entire PRINCE2 Foundation syllabus, and will be well prepared for your exam. Our virtual courses offer the collaborative nature of a classroom environment, combined with the flexibility of studying from home, so they’re perfect for anyone who prefers face-to-face learning.

About the course

PRINCE2 is a method for managing projects. It helps you work out who should be involved and what they will be responsible for. This two-day Foundation virtual course introduces you to PRINCE2 and helps prepare you for the Foundation examination which assesses whether you can demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the PRINCE2 project management method.

Duration

This is an intensive two-day course that prepares you for the PRINCE2 Foundation examination . The training is conducted via a virtual training environment. You need to ensure that you can satisfy the technical requirements that can be found on our website here.

There are no formal pre-requisites for this examination.

Materials

Digital course materials: These will be accessible via the ILX portal. Full instructions with a link to the portal will be issued within 48 hours of your confirmed booking.The course materials will be provided in a PDF format and available for download. You will need to download and save the materials to your device, so that you can annotate them during the training course.

Digital official manual: You will be sent an email invitation approximately two working days prior to course commencement to register on the Peoplecert portal. Once registered you will be able to access the digital version of your manual. Please note: There is a 5-year limitation in accessing your eBook.

Hardcopy official manual: If you decide to purchase the hardcopy official manual as an optional extra your manual will be shipped to your chosen address within 48 hours of purchase.

Hardcopy PRINCE2 process map: If you decide to purchase the hardcopy PRINCE2 process map as an optional extra it will be shipped to your chosen address within 48 hours of purchase.

There is mandatory online pre-course work that must be undertaken prior to attending this course. It is expected that it will take approximately six to eight hours to complete. You will be sent full instructions with a link to the online pre course within 48 hours of your confirmed booking. In addition, whilst attending the course there will also be some exam preparation evening work.

Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will be sent an email invitation approximately two working days prior to course commencement to register on the Peoplecert portal. Once registered you will be able to book your online exam at a date and time of your choice. You are responsible for booking your own exam.
