During this course, you’ll learn what makes DevOps work beyond tools and technology. You’ll examine the Three Ways: flow, feedback and continual learning, alongside the culture, behaviours and operating models that influence how development and operations work together. This helps you recognise where communication gaps, hand-offs or disconnected ways of working may slow delivery, and where clearer collaboration can support better outcomes across teams.

Continuous delivery and security

Learn how DevOps practices can help teams release software more efficiently while building security into the delivery process. You’ll cover continuous integration, continuous delivery, testing and DevSecOps, enabling you to understand how these practices work together. This gives you a clearer understanding of where earlier testing, automation and integrated security can reduce rework, support faster change and improve control throughout delivery cycles.

Automation, AI and platforms

Discover how automation, AIOps, generative AI and platform engineering fit within DevOps workflows over this two-day course. You’ll review deployment pipelines, DevOps toolchains and the role of automation in supporting feedback and delivery. 60-minute open-book exam with 40 multiple-choice questions. You need 26 correct answers, or 65%, to pass.
