Having valuable insights from data is one thing, but communicating them effectively to executives and decision makers is another. This workshop aims to help you bridge that gap and master the art of telling the data story in a way that resonates with your audience and drives action. The workshop will start with an overview of the psychology of decision making, and why data alone is often not enough to drive change. Then, we will explore different communication techniques to help you make your insights more engaging and persuasive. You will learn how to craft compelling narratives, create impactful visualisations, and present your insights in a way that is concise, clear, and actionable. We will also discuss how to anticipate and address common objections or questions that executives may have, and how to effectively navigate any pushback.
