Do I need any prior AI knowledge to enrol?
No prior experience or technical knowledge of AI is required for the Foundation course. It’s designed for project professionals and leaders who want to understand how AI affects project delivery. The focus is on governance, ethics, and practical integration of AI, making it accessible for anyone responsible for managing or supporting AI initiatives within projects.
What is the AI Project Governance Framework Capability Maturity Model (CMM)?
The Capability Maturity Model (CMM), introduced in the Practitioner course, helps organisations assess their readiness and effectiveness in managing AI across projects. It provides a structured way to benchmark current governance practices and identify areas for improvement. Using the CMM, you can tailor governance processes to suit project size, complexity and risk, and drive continuous improvement in AI project delivery.
How are the AI Project Governance exams structured?
The exams are taken online and remotely proctored. The Foundation exam is multiple choice, closed book, and lasts 40 minutes. You’ll need to answer 40 questions and score at least 50% to pass. The Practitioner exam is scenario-based with multiple parts per question, lasting 120 minutes, and also requires a 50% pass mark.
