Lean six sigma is a process improvement programme, it combines lean (a collection of techniques to reduce time needed to provide products or services) and six sigma (a collection of techniques to improve the quality of products and services).
This qualification offers fundamental knowledge of the methods and experience of ways to support improvement projects as part of a team. The ILX lean six sigma course helps prepare you for the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt examination should you wish to purchase it.
This course will take approximately 10 hours to complete.
The objective of this course is to provide you with the knowledge to take the IASSC examination and qualify as a Yellow belt. This will enable you to lead Kaizen projects and be valuable team members in a Green or Black belt led project. It is likely that you are part of an organisation that embraces, or is implementing, lean six sigma. Part of this strategy is to train large groups of people at Yellow belt to provide a strong foundation for continuous improvement projects.

Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will be sent an email invitation within 48 hours of your purchase to register on the Peoplecert portal.
