ILX Group’s Lean Six Sigma for Services Awareness course is designed for individuals and organisations seeking to gain a basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma and its applications to services and IT process improvement.
This ½ day introduction will allow delegates to understand the key concepts of Lean Six Sigma, the evolution of the methodology and its applications to services and IT. The emphasis is placed on the strategic aspects of Lean Six Sigma deployments and the Business Case for Continuous Process Improvement. The course is engaging and interactive and delivered through lectures, group exercises and case studies.

There is no formal certification associated with the ILX Lean Six Sigma for Services Awareness course. Certification is exclusively for Yellow, Green and Black belt levels.
