AI Project Governance Framework Foundation & Practitioner

You’ll learn how AI’s unpredictable and adaptive behaviour challenges traditional project controls, and how the AIPGF provides the structure to manage these differences. By the end, you'll understand the framework’s building blocks (principles, core values, behaviours, roles and lifecycle stages) and how they come together to support responsible project delivery with AI.

You’ll discover how the AIPGF helps you identify and mitigate the ethical and legal risks that arise when deploying AI in project environments. You'll explore key themes including bias, transparency, accountability, and explainability.
