This fully accredited elearning helps you prepare for the APMG International Project Planning and Control™ (PPC) Foundation examination.

About the course

This qualification supports the publication of APM's guide, 'Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control - The Practical Project Management of Time, Cost and Risk.' It offers universal guidance for project planning and control across industries. The Foundation-level qualification assesses your understanding of the guidance to work effectively in a project support office or project planning and control team.


It is expected to take approximately 14 hours to complete this learning.


There are no formal pre-requisites for taking the Foundation exam.

By the end of this learning, you should understand:

  • The approaches and techniques used to plan and close a project
  • The selection and use of appropriate scheduling techniques
