ILX Recruitment is delighted to be working with a major central government department, who are seeking to recruit a number of Project Managers for a large, high-profile organisation-wide asset transformation programme.
These exciting roles will offer the successful candidates the chance to work in highly varied roles, as well as a high level of senior stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidates will be involved in establishing a brief and budgets for projects across the programme, will be tasked with managing the town planning to achieve planning, handle end-to-end procurement from the production of tender documents to the selection of a contractor, as well as setting up construction process from the enabling works and site preparation to briefing the contractor and handling all progress and contract administration.
The successful candidates will have relevant qualifications and will require experience of health and safety (familiarity with CDM) and risk management, having successfully completed construction/asset based projects within the public sector.Although Security Clearance is not required to apply for the role, the successful candidates will need to go through Security Clearance prior to commencing the role.
