The Foundation course is the first qualification in the ITIL portfolio, and will provide you with a general understanding of the terminology and guiding principles used in ITIL 4.

About the course

  • Closed book
  • 60 minutes duration
  • 40 questions each worth 1 mark
  • Pass mark 65% or higher (26 marks or above)
