Our virtual MSP Practitioner course offers the experience of a classroom environment but from the comfort of your own home — teaching you how to deliver transformational change in your organisation, through multiple projects in a programme.
The Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) guidance explains the programme management principles, governance themes and transformational flow that should be applied to the management of programmes or transformational change in any environment.
The purpose of the Practitioner qualification is to determine whether you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the MSP guidance to apply it to your own work and, therefore act as an informed member of a programme management team — someone responsible for managing, leading, supporting or advising on work within an MSP environment.
What is virtual training?
Virtual training incorporates both the personal teaching experience of a classroom, with the ease and flexibility of a virtual environment. Our virtual courses are interactive and engaging, allowing participants to communicate with both the instructor and each other in a collaborative manner. Please review our FAQs for more information relating to virtual learning, including the technical specifications.
This is an intensive two-day course that prepares you for the MSP Practitioner examination. The training is conducted via a virtual training environment. You need to ensure that you can satisfy the technical requirements that can be found on our website. In addition, whilst attending your course, there will also be some examination preparation evening work.
You must pass Foundation prior to taking the Practitioner examination.

Optional extra:
You will require a copy of the official MSP manual for the MSP Practitioner course and exam. This is not included in the cost of the course. Should you wish to purchase the manual you can add it to your shopping cart once you have selected your chosen date.
For last-minute bookings (10 working days or less before start date), you will be issued with digital materials – this will include all accompanying course materials (usually a workbook) and a manual, if this is included as part of your purchase.
The course materials will be provided in a PDF format and available for download via our virtual platform on the first day of the course. You will need to download and save the materials to your device, so that you can annotate them during the training course.
If you would like to add a manual to your order, this will be sent as a PDF/eBook via email from TSO Customer Services (customer.service@tso.co.uk), and will only be compatible with Adobe Digital Editions. Therefore you will need to have this installed on your device.
If you would like to receive a physical copy of the manual, please get in touch with a member of our team, and they will talk you through your options.
