Introduction
This PRINCE2 and Change Management learning path will provide a comprehensive approach to managing change in any business. The PRINCE2 portion will provide a structured methodology to project management teaching a range of best practices, while the Change Management certification will provide guidance on successfully implementing and managing change within an organisation.

Exam information
The exam formats are as follows:
The format of the PRINCE2 7 Foundation exam is as follows:
- Multiple choice
- 60 minutes
- Closed book
- 60% pass mark (36/60)
The format of the PRINCE2 7 Practitioner exam is as follows:
- 150 minutes
- 70 (part) questions, each worth 1 mark
- 42 (part) questions correct to pass the exam
- Open book (The PRINCE2 7 official book, should be used but no other material is allowed)
The format of the Change Management v3 Foundation exam is as follows:
- Multiple choice
- Four sections, total of 50 questions
- 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) - 50%
- 40 minutes duration
- Closed-book

Recommended experience/qualifications
There are no formal pre-requisites for the PRINCE2 Foundation examination however you must have passed Foundation prior to undertaking the Practitioner examination.
There are no formal pre-requisites required in order to begin a Foundation course in Change Management.

By the end of the Change Management Foundation you should be able to recall, recognize and demonstrate understanding of the theories, concepts, models and approaches outlined in the course text, including terms used, process sequences and roles involved.
Specifically you should be able to demonstrate this understanding by being able to:
- Identify key features of the organizational context in which a change initiative is taking place including the benefits the organization is seeking to drive, the approach being taken to the change and the organizational culture.
- Contribute a range of perspectives on the various human responses seen in a change initiative, suggesting ways in which a change can be managed to minimize negative impacts and in which people can be supported through change.
- Distinguish between well-founded concerns about a change and resistance to change, recognizing signs of resistance and proposing approaches that will mitigate it.
- Recommend and support appropriate actions taken by people in various change roles, especially change sponsors, line leaders and change agents, and help to build and maintain effective teamwork through change.
- Describe significant elements of the stakeholder engagement process in a change initiative, and relate this to building appropriate communications strategies
- Discuss with colleagues the different areas of impact of a change initiative, the severity of those impacts and how change progress can be measured.
