Business Development Executive
To contribute to the development of new business for the ILX Group, corporate division, by creating new business opportunities.
This role will report directly to the Sales Manager and will require someone with expertise in identifying areas for business prospecting. They will also work with Marketing — in the formulation and follow-up activity of targeted marketing campaigns, designed to drive revenues and deliver value learning propositions.
Developing and retaining business within our target vertical sectors. Depending on skills and experience you will be responsible for developing transactional customers into key accounts for the business.
The role requires the ability and mind-set to create your own sales opportunities with support from various marketing activities/support materials. The primary objective is to maximise all opportunities in order to meet and exceed sales and GP targets. At the same time your aim will be to give clients excellent value from their investment with ILX — ensuring that it benefits both their people and their business. Through your role as a BDE for ILX you must aim to positively enhance our reputation and brand in the marketplace.
