PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate
Overview:Accredited by the APM Group, the 5-day Foundation and Practitioner training event combines theory and practice, working around a case study to establish a sound understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology. This workshop is divided into two modules: Firstly a 3-day Foundation Course providing a solid understanding of the scope, content, terminology and processes of PRINCE2 and resulting in participants taking the Foundation Examination on the final day. Secondly, a 2-day Practitioner Course, allowing delegates the opportunity to gain a wider understand of the application of PRINCE2 in a Project context by discussing and practicing the application of these skills in a facilitated environment. This 2-day event provides the opportunity for participants to take the Practitioner Examination.

Overview:All PRINCE2 Practitioners should be re-registered within 3-5 years of their original certification. In this workshop, candidates will be taken through a review of PRINCE2 method and the changes thereto. They will then sit the 1 hour exam.

PRINCE2 Gold/ Silver Workshop

Accredited by:APM Group
Exams:PRINCE2 Foundation (Gold only) and Practitioner exams
Overview:This workshop is designed to be taken after the ILX accredited PRINCE2 e-learning course included in the PRINCE2 Gold and Silver learning packs. To book this workshop you will need to have purchased one of these packs: PRINCE2 Gold or PRINCE2 Silver (for those with Foundation certification already). During the workshop delegates will consolidate their knowledge, prepare for registered PRINCE2 Practitioner level certification and take their exams.

Those with no project management experience at all are best to complete APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management before PRINCE2 for the basic skills such as estimating, costing, planning and people management. This certificate is an internationally recognized qualification perfect for beginners.
