Accredited by the APM Group, this 3-day training event combines theory and practice, working around a case study to establish a sound understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology. This event incorporates the foundation examination on the final day.

PRINCE2 Foundation Course Outline

A 2-day tutor-led practitioner event, allowing delegates the opportunity to consolidate the knowledge they have acquired from studying PRINCE2 to foundation level, discussing and practicing the practical application of these skills in a facilitated environment. This 2-day event also includes the practitioner examination.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Course Outline

Accredited by the APM Group, the 5-day Foundation and Practitioner training event combines theory and practice, working around a case study to establish a sound understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology.

This workshop is divided into two modules: Firstly a 3-day Foundation Course providing a solid understanding of the scope, content, terminology and processes of PRINCE2 and resulting in participants taking the Foundation Examination on the final day. Secondly, a 2-day Practitioner Course, allowing delegates the opportunity to gain a wider understand of the application of PRINCE2 in a Project context by discussing and practicing the application of these skills in a facilitated environment. This 2-day event provides the opportunity for participants to take the Practitioner Examination.

PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioners Course Outline

This one day Overview is suited to those who require an understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology and it's components. This course can serve as an excellent introduction to the methodology for those individuals preparing for the PRINCE2 Practitioner course and examinations.

PRINCE2 Overview Course Outline

The APM Group is Accredited by UKAS as the PRINCE2 Certification Body in accordance with requirements of EN 45011 and EN 45013. This is the only qualification scheme aimed at Project Management professionals that has this recognition. Part of the requirements of the European Standards for the Accreditation of Certification Bodies is the need for continuous improvement. Certification in the PRINCE2 method is becoming a standard requirement in the project management industry. The most desirable level of the certification is the “PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner” qualification. The PRINCE2 Examination Board has determined that all PRINCE2 Practitioners should be re-registered within 3-5 years of their original certification.

PRINCE2 Re-Registration Exam Workshop Course Outline

The Practitioner Gold package uses a combination of Interactive CDROM, study guide and exercise books to bring you through Foundation level and onto Practitioner level.

Dates for the Workshop element of the Gold Package are given below. Please note that the price for this element is already included in your overall Practitioner package and would only be chargeable should you choose to re-attend the workshop.
