PAT partners with ILX Group
...PAT attends the 4th annual conference of itSMF as the only reseller of the ITIL® -V3 Foundation course in Italy...
Montebelluna, 14 November 2007 - PAT, always focusing on companies needs and present for a long time in managing the services offered in the Information Technology fields, entered a strategic partnership with the English-based company ILX Group, a major player in the UK market with offices in the UK and USA. The ILX Group is an AIM-quoted company delivering multimedia and classroom courses in ITIL, PRINCE, MSP and APM areas.
In particular, the partnership is aimed at delivering to the Italian market the multimedia training courses (CBT – Computer Based Training) especially those related to the version 3.0 ITIL area.
ILX Group is the first company to present a worldwide multimedia course in ITIL version 3.0. the course can be delivered via CD-ROM, Network, Internet or Intranet, allowing the user flexibility to study at their own time and pace. Using the interactive Elearning method costs are significantly reduced and pass rates are increased compared to classroom training. “We’re really glad that ILX Group decided to collaborate with our company to deliver in Italy their advanced training solutions; the quality of the ILX’s training courses is so high and extensive that can is similar to 3 days of classroom course, with minimal costs both in terms of training investments and travelling costs for the technical staff, that are cleared”, said Patrizio Bof, President of PAT.
Finally, even the most sophisticated technologies, like ITIL best practices, will be widely available, allowing a broader diffusion and a clear improvement of the knowledge in the information systems areas of many businesses.
PAT delivers on the Italian market the first CBT courses for ITIL v.3, released last May, lo scorso Maggio, thanks to the deep knowledge and ability of ILX Group and the profitable partnership with the central regulations bodies.
During the 4th annual conference of itSMF, that will take place in Milan on 20th of November, PAT will officially present the ITIL version 3.0 course, and the possibility to use the software simulator to undergo examination tests on the Service Delivery area.
