M_o_R Foundation will benefit anyone who needs to learn and apply the fundamentals of risk management and understand the basics and terminology of the M_o_R method.

M_o_R Practitioner

M_o_R Practitioner is the highest M_o_R qualification and will benefit those with the need for guidance on a controlled approach to identifying, analysing and managing risk.

This course teaches Management of Risk basics and terminology and includes the Management of Risk Foundation exam.
Management of Risk (M_o_R) Foundation/ Practitioner
Delivery: Instructor-led
Duration: 5 days
Location: Publicly scheduled course venue or in-house
Management of Risk covers a wide range of topics, including business continuity management, security, project/programme risk management and operational service management.
Management of Risk (M_o_R) Practitioner (for those with Foundation)
Delivery: Instructor-led
Duration: 2 days
Location: Publicly scheduled course venue or in-house
This course is for those that already hold M_o_R Foundation and includes the Practitioner exam.

Managing Risk in Projects

Perfect for beginners to risk management, this course gives the learner a comprehensive introduction to Risk Management techniques.

Using voice-over and animation the course delivers the classroom equivalent of a 3-day workshop, in an easy to use and convenient format.  This allows learning at a time and pace to suit each and every learner.
